L’atelier 231, Centre National des Arts de la Rue qui organise notamment le célèbre Festival Vivacité au mois de Juin, propose Fish and Chips. Pendant trois jours, les mercredi 29, Jeudi 30 et Vendredi 31 Janvier à Sotteville-lès-Rouen vous pourrez voir des animations de qualité et gratuitement.
